Work is proceeding quickly on 3973 Craftsman.
The crew is busy today putting up sheetrock. As you can see, the garage interior will be finished, and it also has fire-sprinklers.
Here is an example of the behind-the-scenes quality work and attention to detail. Instead of using cheaper but less efficient bat insulation on the wall, we are using BIBS blown in blanket insulation. From their website:
“The BIBS system offers the highest R-values attainable today. It creates a thermal envelope with a seamless blanket of dense-packed fiberglass insulation making the home more energy efficient.”
This is an important detail that you won’t see when the home is finished. And it would be cheaper to use something less efficient, but that’s not our style. Just another example of our commitment to quality construction in Shasta Lake City.
Because this home is the first one in Oakridge Estates Phase it’s being offered for the blowout price of just $254,900. There is still some time remaining to pick out colors and materials. Call or text us for more details.
